Hi there,

I purchased 1gig data on my Ipad. However my Ipad didn't want to connect. I phoned the service centre and they confirmed that the sim is active an that 1gig worth of data is loaded. They then said I should visit the Istore.

The next day I took my ipad to the Istore. They confirmed that nothing is wrong with the Ipad. I then went to the Vodacom shop which told me that my number has been sold to another customer, because I didnt use it for a while. They also said that the money which I loaded is irreversible.

Can you believe that? Tell me if I am wrong, but vodacom just my number, sold it to someone else and gave my data to someone as well.
