I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW PHONE.A FEW DAYS AGO I STARTED EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE INTERNET. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE TO NOMFUNDO WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEIR SYSTEM SHOWS THAT I AM STILL USING A BLACKBERRY AND THEN SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR 7 MINUTES WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK, I HAD TO DROP THE CALL. I CALLED BACK LATER AND SPOKE TO CHANTEL, SHE SAID TOLD ME WHAT I HAD TO DO AS I MADE HER AWARE OF THE DATA BUNDLES I PURCHASED.SHE GAVE ME A 1555 NUMBER TO CALL AND IT DID NOT WORK. I AM STILL SITTING WITH NO INTERNET AND NO ASSISTANCE FROM MY SERVICE PROVIDER! I EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE ANYONE AS I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST.VERY POOR SERVICE AND IF I DO NOT GET A REPONSE I WILL CONTACT MR KAREL PIENAAR! VERY UPSET CUSTOMER.
