MTN MESSED UP OUR ACCOUNT

WE HAVE A CELLPHONE ACC FOR 15 YEARS AND 3G ACC FOR A YEAR. I TRIED TO CHANGE DEBIT ORDER DATE, BUT THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN SO I GOT ANGRY AND CANCELLED THE DEBIT ORDER TOTALLY TO PAY CASH. THE PERSON AT THAT STAGE DIDN'T ASSIST ME IN USING THE A REF NR FOR PAYMENTS SO I USED THE CELLPHONE NR. I HAVE BUSINESS WITH ABSA AND WAS VERY UPSET WHEN THEY TOLD ME MTN LISTED ME AS A SLOW PAYER AND DIDN'T EVEN NOTIFY ME. MTN JUST PUT THIS MONEY IN AN UNALLOCATED ACCOUNT AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO PICK UP THE ACCOUNT WITH THE CELLPHONE NR THAT IS WITH THEM. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE OUR CONTACT DETAILS, BUT WHY DID WE NEED TO FILL IN ALL OUR DETAILS ON THE APPLICATION FOR WHEN WE APPLIED FOR THE 3G STICK, THEIR WORK ISN'T DONE. PROBLEM IS EVEN SORTED OUT YET FOR A MONTH, HUSBAND NAME ISN'T CLEAN AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGISE FOR WHAT THEY DID
