3 Weeks Waiting for MTN to get back to me!

My contract with MTN recently expired, so I went onto the prepaid service because I'm still looking for a new contract. In this process my Blackberry service was ended and I wasn't entirely sure how to get BIS on prepaid. I ended up getting the Social and Email service, but didn't have browsing service so I phoned MTN prepaid customer care on 15/02/2013 to find out if I can purchase an ordinary data bundle for this. I was advised by the unfriendly/unhelpful agent that indeed I can, so I went ahead and purchased one, little knowing that ordinary WAP does not work on a Blackberry and thus cannot use the bundle I just purchased. I found this out when I phoned customer care again on 16/02/2013, so I requested that I be refunded for the bundle, since I had only purchased it on being advised to do so by the customer care agent. I was told by the new agent I was dealing with that her supervisor would investigate the matter and contact me as soon as possible. I waited 3 WEEKS for a contact that NEVER CAME! I tried phoning again this past Friday and I was on hold for 20 minutes, so I gave up. I was told to use my cell number as reference, so you should be able to trace the events above!
