Vodacom failing to cancel contract

My wife has the TopUp 135 contract which was supposed to end at the end of April 2013. We decided that we don't want to renew the contract, but rather go over to another cellphone network. Eventually on the 10th of April 2013 we got through to a consultant after a couple attempts on their 0821958 number. We said we don't want to renew the contract, but we want to keep the cellphone number and wish to port it to the new cellphone network. The consultant said that is not a problem and advised that we will not have coverage for one day after the contract has terminated. On 1 May 2013 another R135.00 airtime was loaded. We thought that was because we did not give them a full month's notice. On the 2nd of May we did not have coverage as the consultant advised. We then tried to port the number on the 19th of May, but Vodacom refused it. This morning Vodacom has once again loaded the R135.00 airtime. We once again tried to get hold of a consultant but after 6 minutes of listening to Shosholoza and Super Gees we decided to rather come to this forum. Vodacom please reverse the R135.00 that was loaded!!! We will not pay for this!!!
