NEVER take out a new contract and port your numbe

On 17/10/2013 we went to Vodacom Shop The Glen to take out a new contract (R135 topup) but also do a number port for this contract for the number 083 609 8562. It was such a mess and created a 4 week continuous problem of getting this number ported on the contract - this was eventually resolved on 11/11/2013, nearly 4 weeks later!
On the 17/10/2013 I paid cash at the shop for R 105.00.
On the 29/10/2013 a debit order went off my account for R 226.00. This was for another number that was given to the contract above 079 490 1362, and was not even supposed to have been allocated as we requested a number port.
TOTAL PAID TO DATE FOR THIS CONTRACT = R 331.00
Now I receive an alert of account in arrears, but was also informed my account will be debited by a further R 222.32 - WHAT FOR?
Yet again, I received no response and had to chase up Vodacom sales people myself to get a progress report on this. I was told that my account would be credited and that the alert was a mistake. Again, nothing has been done and to date I still receive the notification that my account is in arrears and will be disconnected.
STUNNED!!
