Phoned the Blackberry Department at Vodacom and held on for 14 minutes and 20 seconds when I decided to put the phone down... So, to put this as politely as possible - fire the as they are not interested in working, or start handing out Warnings so they can actually earn their salaries instead of just getting it while doing nothing! It is PATHETIC to wait so long for someone to just pick up the phone!!!

To the USELESS centre Manager who heads the BlackBerry department at Vodacom - get of your and see that people are doing their jobs (You get paid to manage them after all), or admit you are incompetent, and allow someone efficient to take your place!

No acceptable!

I put the phone down, and phoned again - but this time I selected a different department. Thank Goodness that there was an employee who does actually work - a gentleman by the name of Graeme Dewee.

He was helpful and assisted me with the issue on my Bold9900 which has been going since Vodacom migrated me to the 400s Contract - subsequently I would like to extend a "Thank you" to this gentleman for his assistance (especially seeing that he is in a completely different department).
