Failure to respond to Cancellation Request

On June 18 2013 I called Vodacom Cancellations to cancel a newly acquired contract they had sold me. (#072 135 1650). To date I have called them numerous times regarding a committment from them to come and collect the cellphone and stop billing me, and all I am getting is a run around. Inspite of the fact that they recorded my cancellation on June 18, they still went ahead and loaded the number with R135 airtime for reasons best kown to themselves. I have not used the gadget since I called them to cancel, all I want is for them to come come pick up their instrument and refund me for the unused airtime. If vodacom continues to me like this I shall have no option but to cancel the othe two existing contracts I have with them, namely 076 422 5738 and 076 671 3298
