My BB Bold 9900 was yesterday (yes I was mugged). I reported it to the police and opened a case of.
I just called 082111 from my new-simcard (yes I had to buy a new phone) and spoke to a consultant (he told me that the "simswop won't work because the rica information didn't match" ) He told me I should go buy another simcard and RICA it. So I went and Rica'ed it now I called 082111 and the incompetence continues. So I asked to speak to the supervisor - and Veronica answered. She told me that "the government has the RICA information and that what I gave her didn't match). Surely I know my information is correct - as I've been a customer with your network for a minimum of 3 years for that particular number. Now I'm not going to be within the 24 hours to simswop because your consultants and supervisor are beyond useless.

ARE YOU TRYING TO GET ME TO SWITCH TO A CELLULAR PROVIDER that knows how to deal with customers?
