Charges for Blocked sim card

My dual sim card is blocked and they have sent me an Account of R10 000 when I enquired about the itemized billing it changed into R18 000. A telecommunication operater phoned me and got anngry with me for trying to explain that sim card is blocked. I am highly dissapointed in MTN and won't ever renew my contract with them!!!
