DISGUSTED WITH MTN!!!

I did a contract migration from top up to a data contract on the 19/12/2013 at MTN Wonderpark but after five days the phone still did not have network so I called MTN customer service who told me the sim was RICA blocked. Why was I not advised to RICA the sim when I signed the new contract especially since I gave the agent both my ID and proof of residence at that time? Then after having to return to MTN Wonderpark the phone was still not working. I had to go back there again and was told many contradicting stories until I called MTN customer service again who advised that I call MTN technical service who in turn sdvised that I do a sim swap. I did the sjm swap on 4/1/2014 but guess what, even today I still have no access to MTN network so yesterday I called customer services who promised to escalate the matter but up to now I am still without network... and obviously MTN expevt full payment come month end even though I am currently not enjoying the use of this phone!!!
