It took a week to find out I had been approved for a contract & I had to contact them to find out. I finally got my hand set after a 3 day delay (numerous delays). However after 7 hours I was still not activated, on calling the call centre I was told that I did not have an accout (was not even on their system) and I should go back to the store. I went back to the store to find out that I had been given a handset without a contract!! It then took a further week to get me approved, however once approved I had to go back for a different sim as they initially gave me the wrong sim. Then I discovered that I had been activated on the incorrect contract (a voice contract instead of a data contract). This took a further week and a half to fix. At the beginning of December after wondering why my debit order did not go off I found out that they did not load me with a debit order and I had to make a cash payment. However at the end of Dec I was debited for both months!! I did get a refund but I am still waiting for a manager to call me. If I could I would cancel the contract but I would then be charged as they will not take the handset back!!
