Morning, I just wanted to log a complaint that i received from Vodacom. I went into the shop at Vodacom fourways wanting to open a new contract and complited all the documents that i needed to complete. I waited for the consultant that was assist me to call me back but that was never done up until i had to pick up the phone and call to find out what is the outcome of the contract. He then went on to say i'll check and get back to you soonest. i had to call the manager yesterday to find out what is taking so long. She told me they where documents missing that i had to send through to her. I went on to send the documents and she called me back after an hour to info me out the status of the contract. She told me the contract was not approved due to a bounced back debit order that happened months back. I told her it fine i'll sort this out. I just don't understand why a contract can never be approved due to a bounced back of an amount of R100 can affect the status on me getting the contract approved. That amount that bounced back was paid into the cellc account the following day. If you check my credit record all my accounts are so up to date. Please sort this mess out Vodacom.
