I've been following the issues experienced by current (and potentially new) Cell C clients on HelloPeter for some time now. It amazes me how many similar problems there are. Why do people have to revert to HelloPeter to get a response (which is then seemingly handled very efficiently)? I personally logged a number of requests via the Cell C website since the beginning of December 2012. The first reply I received from Cell C was yesterday the 17th of January and not very helpful either. Will I now have to wait another month for my request to be resolved? Should I really continue attempting to become a Cell C client?
