This is a follow up to my report about Administration Blunder I posted on the 6 Jan 2013, the shop still insist that i have to pay the 50% value of my two cellphones. The Vodacom Website Team have tried to phone me but since I no longer have phones they felt to contact me. They left voice messages on the number i have divertred my calls to and the lady did not leave her contact details for me to contact her since she failed on numerous occasions to contact me. I also phoned vodacom customer care but they refused to give the Copmlaints direct line, I pay more R1500.00 every month to Vodacom but I do not have a phone because of the Agents at the Vodashop. I am totally fed up and considering taking legal action on this matter. Vodacom Website Team should contact me on my email [Email Removed] as I do not have a PHONE to receive their calls please
