Cell C
Contract Approved Week Ago But Now Rejected???

My contract with Cell C was approved a week ago (Friday 17/01/2014) for a Galaxy Tab. The sales agent went through the whole spiel of telling me my tab would be delivered by courier within 3 to 7 days etc etc. Today being a week ago that it was approved, I still have not received my Table so I phoned Cell C only to find out that the Sales Agent never loaded the order and my order had been cancelled and rejected! I don't understand how this works, how can your contract be approved one week and the next week you are told it has been cancelled and rejected. It costs us money trying to get answers out of Cell C and I have been waiting nearly 2 hours now for someone to phone me back. It would really be nice if someone would phone me and let me know what is happening. There seems to be a serious lack of communication with ALL of the Cellphone Providers
