I have emigrated to Kenya. I have written to Telkom on numerous occasions to close the account.

I have tried to phone the call centre but you can not work through the call centre from outside South Africa.

I get my electronic bill every month and the amount juts gets higher every single month. I will now probably get a bad credit record in South Africa?

How do you get telkom to respond to emails and requests?
