Terrible upgrade

It was time for my upgrade but they send a wrong phone so i immediately informed them and sent it back. I told them that i want a samsung S4 but they havent sent it to me and its over a month and almost two weeks. i called them more than ten times but i havent got any help from them now they tell me that i owe them R457 for what i dont know because i dont have any phone so i owe them nothing. The service from cell c is so bad i wont recommend anyone to use cell c direct they know nothing about customer service. I just want them to reverse my contract with them and i dont want anything to do with cell c in my life and ill keep on telling people about the horrible service i got it is so bad its worse.
