No phone for a week for the 3rd time in 6 months

Telkom is the most pathetic service provider in the country. I started a new business 6 months ago, and it took me almost a month to finally get my line activated after numerous issues. Since then i have had issues with my phoneline and ADSL THREE times in 6 months! On all occasions the lines were down for between 5 days and 11 days! How am i supposed to run a business like this? And Telkom still has the cheek to send me a statement when I should be billing THEM for loss of sales and my outrageous cellphone and 3G internet bills because i have no landline. How such a pathetic company can have the monopoly in the telecommunications industry is beyond understanding. And don't even get me started on the brainless monkeys who work at the call centre. The only line they know is "I'm sorry I will escalate your problem" - straight from the Telkom call centre handbook, every single time I phone. And the recorded message "this call is free if calling from a telkom landline"... if my landline was working I wouldnt be calling you would I???
