Refusal to cancel line

I have emailed Telkom on 3 occasions regarding the cancellation of my Telkom line, namely 31 July, 2 August and 10 September. The line has still not been cancelled, and today I received a bill for September

As per Telkom's conditions, I gave 1 month's notice on 31 July, i.e. effective at the end of August, and have the emails to prove it. Telkom's refusal to cancel my line as per my request is simply extortionate.
