Bad, very bad service

I am disgusted by the way Cell C, Customer Care line can promise to save time and yet it is the 2nd day i'm trying just to have a sim swop done on my contract number. The sim became faulty and i called Cell C, i was then advised to buy a new sim which i did. When i called Cell C again, only this time i was told the sim should not be rica'd. I had to leave work to buy another one and by 08:30 this morning Portia (call center agent) told me that i will be called within 4 hours and i'm still waiting for this person to call me. I pay this account every month and Cell C is just wasting my time. I wasted a whole day just wanting a sim swop. I am really very disappointed and i must ad that this was not a first time i received bad service from Cell C. I want to know what is happening now?
