I made a payment to Vodacom on February which left my account with a credit balance of R12000.00. Since this payment was made my line has been cut three times because they could not find the payment to allocate it to my account. Every time the line was suspended I had to call and send through proof of payment. Finaly at the beginig of May they deleted my numbers and told me I had to pay to have my number reactivated.
Therefore I will rather move to MTN, the remainder of the credit on my account will be the last ammount that Vodacom will be getting from me. because I refuse to be bullied by a large corporation that cannot employ staff cable of handling a simple query such as allocating a payment.
