To whom it may concern.

I have been dealing with Ralph Pool from Mweb escalation dept. regarding my line issues, ever since I upgraded my line to a 4MB uncapped I have been having issues, and now when I want to challenge the account I am getting no results.

Basically what happened is that the buck was passed from Telkom to Mweb numerous times, and I had to phone Mweb atleast 3 times a week to try and resync my line, all the calls reflect on my account.

I am basically requesting that my line gets cancelled effective immediately and not serve the calendar month period due to me having all these issues and that I have been more than patient for 5 months now, and that my account will get discounted so that I may finish the account and move.

Now what I am getting is that I must server the calendar month and personally I do not feel that it is good conduct that I MUST, after 5 months being patient and when I finally do decide to move the ISP cannot even accommodate a client, which technically I am until my account gets disabled!
