I would just like to take the opportunity to thank the manager at the Vodacom Shop in Centurion mall for his great assistance. I had issues with porting my number from another service provider and some issues with taking out a new contract. After I complained to him about my issues and expressed my dissatisfaction, he really went out of his way to make sure my contract gets sorted out. He was willing to drive all the way to my workplace to bring me a new sim card and a form I needed to sign. There was also some issues with an amount that was taken from my bank acc for a contact that was wrongfully activated. He immediately took the matter in his hands after I raised it with him, to follow up and make sure that Vodacom credit's my acc (still in progress).
