I would like to raise my level of high dissatisfaction with Cell C. I contracted with the opetator a R199.00 deal in August 2011 and an additional R40/50 insurance cover for a Samsung P1000. It was a top up contract however that meant I pay R250 monthly. There have been additional charges that no one can explain, I have been calling their call centre almost everyday and no one can sort my problem. I was recently told that there is an additional 200 that is charged on handsets that are sold after the commencement of the new Consumer protection act. I requested for a copy of my original contract o 13/05/2013. I am still waiting. A bunch of corrupt criminals run thrsshow there, also incompetent call centre agents that tell you info with major contradictions. At present I am told I owe 517 although I paid the agreed upon amount I am meant to pay and I haven't even received a copy of myy contract. Help me please and people must be weary of unscrupulous acts by mobile network opperators. Pack of and hyenas.
