I took my phone into the repair centre @ Canal Walk for a swollen battery, I received a call two days later to tell me there was impact damage to my phone and because of this I would have to carry the cost of fixing it. Doing my own investigation which cost me most of my airtime I found that a button had broken off on my phone while in vodacoms possession, I have my receipt that listed the only physical damage being scratches on my back cover and one on the screen, I went to speak to Omar Abrahams @ the walk in customer care, what an experience the most arrogant disrespectful indvidual by far, I reported him to the lady who deals with complaints, who got back to me and said someone from joburg would contact me to date nobody has bothered to follow up with me this has been dragging on since the 07/05, totally disgusted in their service I should not be meant to pay for damage I did not cause at the very least I should be informed or updated as to the status of my phone, I am beyond disgusted at the way I was treated instore, I have always been a vodacom customer but will def be taking my business elsewhere as this is not the first time I've been treated this way, its appalling!
