Adding additional pages to a concluded contract

I recently entered into 2 new mobile contract with Vodacom. Prior to signing the contract I requested a break down of the the initial and monthly costs applicable and once I received what was said to be all the costs involved I agreed and signed the contract. A month later I realized an additional R1875.70 was debited from my account by Vodacom. I contacted them about it and they sent me a copy of my contract which they said would give me a breakdown for this amount. To my surprise 4 additional pages which were never disclosed to me were added to my contract displaying the breakdown of this amount. To think that a act like this can take place is disppicable and because of it I am at a loss. Of course when I pointed this out to them it took me 2 weeks just to get someone to call me back and I received the worst service imaginable (being to, calls being dropped in the middle of conversations, etc) up until I got hold of the Operation Director who assured me she would resolve the matter. She later informed me that Vodacom will only reimburse me a portion of the money they wrongfully and illegally debited. Surely their business ethics should come into question!
