I have a contract with 8ta, the two year period for this contract ended in February 2013. I have been trying numerous times with both the Fourways branch as well as the customer services department. Every month the debit order goes out timeously, however 8ta does NOT deliver!! Once again I tried calling the call centre today to query this matter, only to be called back by the operator and be told to call back tomorrow as they are experiencing technical difficulties! This matter is highly frustrating and I would appreciate it of someone can assist in getting this contract canceled IMMEDIATELY!!!
