I am disgusted in telkom mobile. This is my second complaint. I have cancelled my contract 2 months before my contracts were about to expire as that is the procedure however nothing has taken place. 8ta is still trying to debit my account, they now wanting to hand me over! I have called into the call centre numerous times, I have been into the store numerous times and still nothing! This has been going on since March/April last year! A lady by the name of Cleo Makubela has emailed me and has refunded money into my account but still 8ta is trying to deduct money can someone please explain to me how does that work! I have then sent Cleo an email telling her about the messages i am getting to say that I am in arreas and that I will be handed over if i do not pay the balance, so now i must suffer because someone was to lazy to do their job! I want 8ta to leave my account alone as I have not given you the authority to debit from my account nomore, I have followed procedure and canceled my contract with you guys. I want a letter of cancelation that is owed to me and that I do not owe no money as well as an apology from your side so I can send it to the relevant department!!!
