Cannot port away from 8ta and no feedback

I need 10 pages, however the long and the short is that I have tried to port for at least 1 month. Canceled contract at branch- was incorrectly logged. Then phoned call centre- this query was sent to incorrect department. I have phoned call centre 15 times in the last 3 days. Two days ago someone called to say they see I have called call centre 7 times, can she help. She promised to phone me back- still waiting. Also two days ago went to Somerset Mall branch dealt with manager- he promised to come back to me the same afternoon- its more than 48 hours later still nothing. Can't phone branch according to call centre they only deal with sales. Can't phone headoffice and wait for it the call centre cannot help me with porting isuues. So where does this leave me the customer? Highly irritated and frustrated! No one can tell me why my number is not avalaible to port even though contract expired on the 10 Aug
