Illing for upgrade i did not take!

To whom it may concern.

I am livid I'm having problems since February, seriously I can't handle this every month is a problem.

I upgraded 26TH FEB and cancelled 27th FEB the next day that was in February I'm still having billing problems yr statements is confusing and don't make sense you billed me for things I don't have and when u reverse I don't see it reflect on my statement.

I want to upgrade now but not until these issues are resolved.

I want answers and I want them immediately. I can't speak to a different consultant every time and explain the same story to different people it's absolutely frustrating.

I'm with MTN for as long as I can remember but with all this. I feel I have to change my service provider because this is becoming more and more unpleasant.

I want feedback A.S.A.P.
