I tried upgrading with MTN, and the application was successful. i get a call later that day to say that i cannot upgrade cos i just recently upgraded (recently to MTN is 2011). i asked to speak to a manager and i was asked to call 808 to speak to someone i said please transfer me and they agent cut the call.
I receive an sms later that night to say my upgrade was successful. i call 808 and get told there is no upgrade, i asked the agent to make sure that there is no upgrade at all. i receive my accounts statement and what do you know i am billed for the upgrade promotion fee. i called to query my account and i was told that it is correct. i had to explain myself and then get told they cant help me has to go to upgrades to reverse and this would take a while. UNACCEPTABLE!!! i want this fixed!!!
