Once again, shocking service

I upgraded my cell phone contract in February - from a Blackberry, to my Samsung S3.
I got billed for it and noticed that they stilled billed me for a BIS service... which I don't have anymore after upgrading to Samsung S3... so the person that did the upgrade for me forgot to cancel that...

So I phoned the customer care call centre, and the lady on the phone was going back and forth on the phone, confusing me and even herself (which at this point I was getting frustrated), she eventually said that she was going to get the supervisor or someone in a different apartment to call me and explain the situation that same morning... that was on Monday... it's now Thursday and still no call/email/sms... nothing. I have the call reference number..so no hiding there.

This is the third time now that I've had billing issues, service issues with MTN... really not on at all... very disappointed, and frustrated... don't think me or my family will take out another contract with MTN due to this...

Hopefully I will get a response now... but not holding my breath.
