Good Morning,

I phoned this morning to move my service from my old address to my new address.

I applied for a new line at my new location as I could not move the line due to Cybersmart having a hold on the line and therfore i could not cancel my tellkom line.

Now I want to bunndle the same account with my new line but your call centre is so stupid that they do not understand the concept. You always say that somebody from accounts will phone you back but they never do and thus 1 month down the line and i am still nowhere.

Please contact me as soon as possible as I am now paying for 2 services and if thats the case i can just as well cancel all account with Cybersmart and move over to a diffrent supplier.
