I have been a loyal client with Autopage for over 10 years. Recently (due to poor service and high prices) I decided to move my number to another service provider. I asked to have my contract moved to a pre-paid account, so that I could still use my phone while I looked for a new contract.

Instead of doing this for me, Autopage have cancelled my account. I cannot make or receive calls or smses and when anyone phones me, they get told that my account has been suspended - this after not missing a single payment in 10 years!!!

To make things worse, I have called NUMEROUS times to try and rectify the matter, and been completely polite every time I called, but despite this I'm treated with no respect and bumped off using some lame excuse, given an invalid number to call, or told that I'll be called back - which never happens.

I'm disgusted that I supported this pathetic excuse of an organisation for so long. At least Hello Peter gives me the opportunity to stop people from making the same mistake as I did! Goodbye Autopage - I look forward to never having to deal with you again!
