I did a sim swap on 22 May 2013, I was assured that my sim will start working in 3-4 hours. The following day on 23 MAy 2013 the sim was still not working. I called the call center and the agent attempted to push some setting to my phone which did not work. She said the sim swap had failed and she then "escalated" my issue to their technical department, who were supposed to call me within 24 hours. They have still not called me today, 24 may 2013. I called the call centre again and the agent has informed me that there has been no feedback on my case from the technical department and there is nothing I or she can do but wait. How long should I wait? I have waited the stipulated 24hours and no one is providing me with a solution. I have not had my number for almost a week now and no one is providing with answers. This is really frustrating and very disappointing.
