Poor service/Line fault

Called Monday 20/05/13. Complained that i had no internet. We did a few pointless tests and the agent determined that the router was faulty because he tested my line and it came back fine. I went out and bought a new router, R800 later only to find out i had the same problem. You can imagine i am beyond angry now. Contacted the call center and they tested the line and said it is a line fault. The fault was logged last night with an escalation because my internet has been off since Monday. The whole day today i have heard nothing, called the call center now and they told me nothing has been done on the line fault. I am SO happy that i cancelled with Mweb and moved to another ISP, things has been getting worse and worse since the beginning of the year. Fix the line before i loose all faith in Mweb, im already not recommending you guys to anybody.
