Disconnection over long weekend

I went away for the Easter weekend, only to return to a disconnected DSTV on the 31 March 2013 (Sunday). I always pay for my DSTV on the 2nd of every month and was not expecting to be disconnected. I had to sit without viewing for 2 days. I am appalled at the service and inconsideration of these people. The viewing is as it is, but its all that there is. They ruined my long weekend.
