Line speed dropped fault logged

I have no idea why i actually have a adsl line if nobody attends to a fault logged on Friday 17 may 2013. I have called the call centre for fault logging from Friday explaining that my download speed have dropped from Friday7.8m to 400kbs. Every time they promise to priorotize my fault and yet i have not seen or heard from them my payment will still be taken the end of the month yet I'm not valued as a customer. I regret to say that as soon as lte is available in my area telkom will have lost a customer. I need this issue resolved immidiatly. It's time for telkom to get their act together and stop being a third world company. They say they want to be world class but they no where close to the turn around times of international company's their service is the worst of any company in any industry in south-Africa. They don't value their customers and the fact that we are paying for a service that can't be used!
