I had two accounts with you. Lets name it A and B. I cancelled B and decided to have 1 account. This was confirmed via telephone. Each month direct debits get taken from my account. Months later, account "A" gets suspended. I speak to Damien. He advised me I never paid for a while. Eventually we saw I was paying for the incorrect account. He confirms that he can see I never used account "B" for several months. He assures me that he will transfer the amount I paid to account A. He unsuspends my account and said he will call me back within 15min. Internet went on and no call from him. My internet gets suspended the next day, I call to Tyron (only helpful guy), forwards the message to Damien to call me the next day. NO CALL AGAIN. I call back today to Andre (totally useless). He tells me nothing can be done, we need prove that I cancelled account "B". I told him I need internet, can't I do the full payment now VIA EFT, then we can sort the rest out? His response was NO. I asked to speak to a manager, Siya and the rest, was in a meeting, HOW THE can you not speak to a cust? I cancelled my account immediately! Can you please process the credit and send a final statement.
