No service from MTN Insurance, NO communication

My cellphone was collected from my work place by the courier for MTN Insurance. I submitted a claim for damage to my phone under my insurance policy with MTN Insurance. From the beginning everything was not communicated. Everytime I phoned them I found out something new that I first had to do. I had to phone myself for the document to pay the access. Only then did they start the repairs after following up for 3 days if they has received my proof of payment. Another 3 days passed and still no communication on how long it would take to repair. I phoned everyday to find out and on Monday 20 May 2013 they advised that my phone was repaired and must now be dispatched. Another 2 days later and no one has phoned me to say that its on the way. Another thing is that when they deliver the phone they advised anything between 10h00 and 14h00, so I must sit and wait at the offfice for them, whilst I am a sales rep and need to be on the road. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
