I transfer money from Investment account to cheque account. When I want to log in to internet bank, I can't and call internet banking. They can't help me. Go to bank branch. Reset all internet logins. Increase payment limit so I can transfer the amount. Deposit another cheque. Login, transfer money. No payment. Phone internet banking - do not even ask for account. The account I am paying to is wrong. No payment. Phone again and ASK consultant to go to account. OH, your account is dormant, but you still pay hefty fees! Transfer to somebody who will lift dormancy. "Oh, but we don't deal with Trust accounts, I will transfer you." Back to switchboard select to speak to human being, since I don't want to talk about internet banking. Finally somebody answers. I says: I want to speak to somebody who can help me with Trust account or business bank. And I get "Uh" Is that the service I pay for? Why could nobody tell me the account is dormant from the first moment. Why could the teller not tell me the account is dormant? I am really with you wasting my time and charging me for it.
