Cancelled my account and still being charged!

I cancelled my account back in August over the phone and the agent told me all was sorted and that my account was now closed. In October i get another call from ADT saying that my account has not been cancelled yet as there was a mix up but it is now definitely cancelled and they sent me an email as proof this time. Today I look at my bank statement and it seems im still being charged for ADT services?! I called their call centre in Cape Town where no-one was able to assist me, i asked to speak to a manager who they said was not available, I asked if i could speak to the account department directly and was told they were not available either?! Absolultely shocking service, will never be using ADT again or recommending them.
