Account # 429901216988 - after our first complaint on Hellopeter about Telkom not assisting us with cancelling our internet line, we received a call from Telkom. They advised that our account would be cancelled and that they would send us the final account for payment. We have received the final account for payment, but before making payment, we have been advised to get confirmation in writing from Telkom that our account has been cancelled. The whole week I have been emailing Telkom asking them to please put this in writing for us so that we may settle our account. And guess what, no response! Do I need to come onto Hellopeter and make a complaint before receiving a response from Telkom! Please guys, get your act together, it really is not that difficult to do admin work. All you need to do is respond to the email saying either yes, your account has now been cancelled or say no it isn't. It isn't rocket science. Now please, sort our account out so that we can pay you and so that we never have to deal with your company again! #extremely irate custome
