I have contacted the Nashua Mobile call centre 14 times since March 2013. In all instances they have not been able to assist me. On several of these call I demanded to speak to a Supervisor / Manager, which was never forthcoming. My problem stem form an upgrade from Blackberry to iPhone on the 1st of March. Since this time my plan has not been migrated and has failed several times. I am being charged for my blackberry service as well as all my data. The attitude of the call centre is "well it will be processed this month". No consideration has been made about the refund due to me. In the last call on Wednesday the 15th of March. The agent committed to reconcile my account and come back to me by Friday the 17th. As I said to her, I did not hold my breath as they had never delivered on their commitments and I was sure that they were not going to do it this time. I have been with this Company for 13 years. If you are reading this prior to engaging with this company, PLEASE go elsewhere!!!
