1) At the begining of March Nashua Mobile smsed me to let me know that I was due for an upgrade
2) I called and ordered a Samsung S3 Mini - it was delivered on the 6 March 2013
3) I called Nashua Mobile to query the functionality of the phone on 11 March 2013 because the battery was going flat within 12 hours - during which time the phone had not been used at all.
4) I was told by Nashua Mobile to return the phone immediately for an out of box exchange
5) I took the phone in to the Sandton City Store on 12 March 2013
6) I was told that a new phone would be delivered to me
7) By the 25 March 2013 I had still not heard back from Nashua Mobile
8) I called both Sandton City and Nashua Head Office throughout the day, without any results
9) On the 26 March I was told my phone was in for repairs. I replied that I would not accept a phone that I had not yet used that required repairs.
10) I paid an extra R2500.00 for this phone. I have not used it and I do not have it. It has spent the last month in repairs at Nashua Mobile. I expect a new phone to be delivered immediately or a refund and cancellation of my account. I do not wish to do business with Nashua Mobile any furthe
