I have upgraded my contract with Nashua mobile - from Blackberry to iPhone 5. I have received the phone quite quickly, but am now struggling for 10 days to activate my new sim card and thus cannot use my awsome new device.

I have explained my issue about 12 times at the call centre and each time I have a new trick to do. "take out your sim, put it back and your service will activate within 4 to 24 hours". I am now fed-up explaining myself over and over to a different call centre agent time and time again. I need some action.

I just dread the time I need to upgrade, because then it is time to deal with Nashua Mobile call centre again. Luckily this happens only once every two years...
