I have phoned that call centre over 10 times to try and find out why my account says I have used up x data when I have actually only used up x-y data. I speak to one useless consultant after another, each saying they will speak to the technical data people and call me back. On my last phone call I was told they were only an inbound call centre so they couldn't phone me back but the consultant would speak to the manager and get them to phone me. That was 2 days ago.

I don't understand this company's value add... Can someone please explain.

And Nashua, if you reply to this message saying you are going to contact me... I won't hold my breath. Your company is the of the earth.
