My contracts expire in 2 Months!! Yippeeeee!! then my CANCELLATIONS can begin!

After numerous complaints MTN has yet to resolve my network coverage problems. Numerous Templates have been completed and sent!
SAME problems:
"Network Busy". Data Coverage is so bad that I now only use Vodacom data!
MTN are not providing me with the service they promised!

The matter has been escalated to the coverage management team for urgent investigation. BLABLABLA!!!
