I have been struggeling with my MTN coverage for 6-8 months. I have logged numourous cases with MTN, without any resolution or feedback. i have spoken to coverage, customer services and retentions, no one wants to help. I keep on loosing 3g, then handset goes to sos and gsm. i have changed handsets, still no diffrence. When I am in JHB, my phone works fine, as soon as I get back in RTB, i keep loosing 3g and gprs. The coverage guys keeps on passing the buck, telling me I need to change the handset, do sim swaps, they added special caracters to my account etc, nothing helps. i have left message for coverage managers to phone me back, THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED. I again phoned coverage this morning, they keep on giving me, sorry to say, STUPID reasons and response. I again tried to speak to the coverage manager, but he is not in, and apparantly no one is standing in for him. How ridicoulous is this service!!! I want to cancell my contract AND WILL NOT PAY early cancelaation fees as you can not provide teh service I am paying for. I expect feedback, or I will just stop the debit order.
